The Cohesion Personal Branding System is a three-stage process, which will allow you to clarify your personal goals, determine how to go about pursuing excellence in your chosen field, and ensure that your personal brand has a "distinctive voice" and gets heard in the marketplace.
1. Personification:
During this stage of our process we help you to clarify your personal goals and to determine your personal brand.
For some people this stage will be extremely complex and hard work, and for others it will be simpler. The degree of complexity will depend on your self-awareness and knowledge, and your understanding of the "promise of value" you desire to personify in the marketplace. You should consider this work to be foundational, and a necessary prerequisite to building a strong personal brand and personal brand power, which is the primary goal of the second and third stages of our process.
2. Performance:
During stage two we focus your planning and actions for pursuing excellence in your chosen field. At the core of a ”promise of value” is the promise of “performance,” and nothing is more critical for building a strong personal brand and personal brand power than a person's ability to "walk the talk" and to deliver "the real deal." This stage reinforces the truism that strong brands are not built over-night, and that it takes consistent "performance" over time to build brand power. And that doing so requires us to engage in a relentless quest for new personal learning, knowledge and experiences in order to stay current and maintain our relevance in an ever-changing marketplace.
3. Profile:
