Cohesion is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, accuracy and security of all personal information entrusted to us by you. Our policy for collecting personal information allows you to decide whether to reveal such information to us and to choose what information to reveal. Additionally, you will be able to access and correct your information after it has been disclosed and, if you choose, to request its later deletion from our files altogether.

How We Collect Information

We only collect the personally identifiable information you provide to us, either through our Website, through our Client Services or otherwise. For example, when you request information about our products and services, send us feedback, or apply for a job through the "Careers" page on our Website, you are voluntarily submitting personally identifiable information.

How We Use the Information We Collect

When we do collect such information from you, we may use it to:

  1. Notify you occasionally about new services, features, and special offers relating to the Cohesion Business we think you will find valuable;

Your personal information may be shared amongst Cohesion and our third party service providers in Canada and/or the United States solely in connection with the purposes identified above. For example, your email address or your name, telephone number, and personal demographic information will never be disclosed to mass marketers. All information you provide to Cohesion (except information provided in connection with an employment application) may be compiled together for the above purposes.

Policies for Children (Individuals Under 13 Years of Age)

We want your children to be safe while visiting the Website. Consistent with this concern, we do not seek nor will we ever knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

These links are not intended to be referrals or endorsements of the linked sites and Cohesion is providing them only as a convenience. Use of Cookies

We, and some of our third-party service providers, use cookies.  A cookie is a small text file written by an Internet server to a Website user’s browser where information is exchanged between them, and which is stored on a computer’s hard drive to allow us to recognize and track users on our Website and assist us in providing customers with a productive online experience.  Cookies enable us to store information about your use of our Website such as the areas you visit and the length of your stay.  Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies and can be reset by using the “Help” portion of the toolbar to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent.  Should you choose to disable any cookies associated with the Website, you will not be able to take full advantage of all the Website’s features, but you should be able to navigate the Website without difficulty.

Please allow at least sixty (60) days for communications to cease and for us to delete your personal information from our active database and those of our third party service providers.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You may gain access to, or correct, any personal information you have provided us by one of the following methods:

Security

We employ stringent security measures to protect our data from unauthorized use. Firewalls are implemented to protect our servers and network from would-be hackers and other unauthorized users. Cohesion exercises great care to provide secure transmission of your information. Unfortunately, no transmission of information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any such information you transmit to us. Accordingly, you make all such transmissions at your sole risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
